Acceptance of terms

By purchasing from or using loopoperator.com (the "Site"), operated by The Loop Operator ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What you're buying

The Site sells The Loop Operator Framework, a digital field guide delivered as a PDF with accompanying worksheets, and an optional add-on, The Loop Daily Tracker. These are digital, informational products — not coaching, therapy, financial advice, or a guarantee of any specific life or productivity outcome.

License to use

When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the product for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repost the files or their contents.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never receive or store your full card number. From time to time we run limited-time launch pricing for a fixed number of buyers, as disclosed on the sales and checkout pages; the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery

Products are delivered instantly and digitally: a download link is shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to the address you provide at checkout. If you don't receive your email, contact us at the address below and we'll resend it.

Refund policy — the "Just Follow the Loop" guarantee

Complete the worksheets and run your loop for 14 days from your purchase date. If it hasn't helped you drift less, email us and we'll refund your purchase in full, no argument. This guarantee applies to the Framework and, where purchased, the Tracker.

Disclaimer

The Framework offers a structure and set of habits that worked for its author — it's general information, not professional advice. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
